Had the old Yin and Yang with a GDIB. Also picked up a sixer of the Sam Adams cream stout -- it's a lot like Guinness Extra Stout, which is to say: a different bird than Draught.

Belated company holiday party affords me the perfect chance to...you guessed it...enjoy a GUINNESS. The venue was a dance club, so it was GDIB for me again. I followed it with a couple RED STRIPES -- surprisingly good with Chinese food.

Tonight, I dined at home. All is good. With one exception, my sixer of GUINNESS Draught in a Bottle has a lame plastic carrier. I liked the cardboard six pack and I'd hate to kill a seagull with my waste. But so long bird boy, I'm not taking this one back.

I ordered a pint a the original Vazzy's in Stratford Connecticut. Sure it was GUINNESS Draught in a Can. Sure it came in a Bud glass. Sure it wasn't perfectly poured. But it did come with a huge basket of cheese bread and grinder the size of my head. So I can't complain.

After my first and highly unsuccessful attempt at snowboarding, I soothed my aching bones, joints, tendons and semi-pulled groin with a pint of Black at Village Green restaurant in the Farmington Marriott Hotel in Farmington, CT. 50 Cent is reportedly a resident of this town. I did not see him. Luckily, since we got beef.
